RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Shop Adamma, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please notify us immediately. We require that any returns be shipped back to us with a courier on the next working day from the time of notice.
Please note that returns or exchanges can only be processed if we are notified promptly, as we are unable to accommodate requests after a significant delay.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, the item should be shipped back on the next working day at the customer’s expense.
We have a return policy, which means you have a set time after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopadamma.co.za
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
As with other returns, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
